PT. CITA INTI PRATAMA once again carried out a waterproofing project in the commercial sector through waterproofing works at Hihi Huat Pot, located at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. This project was executed based on the trust given by PT. YKI as the contracting party.

In this project, PT. CITA INTI PRATAMA used torch-applied waterproofing membrane, which is known for its superior performance in providing maximum protection against water and moisture. The torch-on membrane system is applied using a heating method, allowing the material to adhere perfectly to the substrate surface and form a strong, comprehensive, and durable watertight layer.

The work process began with a thorough inspection and surface preparation stage to ensure that the kitchen area was ready to receive the membrane application. Subsequently, the installation of the torch-applied membrane was carried out by PT. CITA INTI PRATAMA’s experienced technical team, with careful attention to detail at every joint and corner of the work area. Strict quality supervision was implemented to ensure that the application results met the required technical standards and project specifications.
